Software & Pricing Errors
While we strive to keep our Web site current, we are not responsible for pricing or software errors. Each and every order is reviewed prior to processing payments and shipping. If an error is found, you will be notified prior to your method of payment being charged and prior to shipment.
We do not generate quotes. Quantity discounts are displayed on the items where we offer quantity discounts. If there is no quantity discounts listed for an item, then there is no quantity discount available. Shipping costs can be calculated by adding into to your cart and starting the checkout process.
Most orders are processed and shipped either on the same business day that they were ordered or the next business day via the shipping method/speed that you select during checkout. We regret that we cannot ship orders using your shipping account number and we do not ship internationally at this time. As our company grows, we may expand the number of countries that we do business with.

Orders that are defective upon receipt: You may return items that were damaged/defective upon arrival within 15 days of the ship date for exchange of the same item. If a replacement for the item is not currently in stock then we will refund the entire amount of your order (including shipping and handling) to your method of payment. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please use the Contact Us form located on this Web site to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, you must indicate the reason for the return (defective upon receipt). We will then issue you a RMA number and return instructions. Only returns with a valid RMA will be credited. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.
Orders with a ship date of less than 30 days old from today’s date: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the ship date for a partial refund (less shipping and handling charges and subject to a 5% restocking fee). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please use the Contact Us form located on this Web site to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When contacting us, you must indicate the reason for the return and if the item has or has not been opened. We will then issue you an RMA number and return instructions. Only returns with a valid RMA will be credited. Your credit will be issued to your method of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been verified.
Orders with a ship date of more than 30 days old from today’s date: We regret that we cannot offer refunds, product returns or exchanges on orders that are over 30 days old. If the product is defective, you should contact the product manufacturer for assistance.
Product Support & Warranty
Our business is to give you, the customer, great value on a wide variety of merchandise. We are not able to warrant or provide support for any product. You should consult any documentation that came with the product and/or contact the manufacturer of the product for any product assistance that you may require. Most manufacturers offer at least a 1-year limited product warrant but that is not always the case. Please check the product documentation for information about any warranty that the manufacturer may provide.

We very much support the environment. Our environmental commitment is carried out in two phases:
We are committed to recycling and reuse of material whenever possible. Chances are that the packing material that comes with your order was either made of recycled material and/or reused from the carton that the manufacturer/distributor sent to us. Doing so helps reduce our overhead thus saving you money and helps the environment by reducing demand for new packing materials and reducing the volume of waste in our landfills.
Depending on the manufacturer/distributor policies, in some cases we will have your order shipped directly from them to you. This reduces the cost of having to ship the item twice (once to us then again to you) which reduces our overhead and saves you money. This practice also has an environmental impact as it reduces the repackaging of products and reduces the fuel and related shipping impact on our environment.
All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices.
